Ordering / Delivery
Ordering and delivery couldn't be simpler. All you have to do is click on the BUY NOW button and follow the instructions. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment but out of stock items will of course take longer. Postage & packing charges will be invoiced separately and are payable upon despatch of goods. Charges depend on destination and shipping method. Unless specifically requested, shipping will be by cheapest method possible. Insurance will be included whenever possible. Shipping is invoiced at cost price. In the rare event that despatch is not possible within 28 days, the customer will be informed of an estimated shipping date. Items despatched later than 28 days after this time, will qualify for free shipping.

Prices on this web site do not include tax or shipping charges, are subject to change and are not guaranteed against factory and/or suppliers' increases. Although in most cases there are no increases, final prices can only be guaranteed when we confirm delivery. Exports are despatched tax-free but, unfortunately, I am obliged by law to collect a Government tax (VAT) of 8% which has to be added to all deliveries made in Switzerland & Liechtenstein.
Depending on your country of residence, payment for accessories and most instruments may be made by MAESTRO, CARTE BLEUE, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, VISA DELTA, VISA ELECTRON, SOLO, SWITCH, GIROPAY, EC or PAYPAL. Other payment methods, including bank transfer, are by prior arrangement only. Cheques are no longer accepted. For certain instruments, a deposit, payable through PayPal, is required. We ask that the balance be paid by bank (wire) transfer, as PayPal costs us about 4.9% to use. However, if preferred, PayPal can be used for the balance payment but an administration charge of 3.9% will be added. Prices are in Swiss Francs. Other currencies shown on this web site should be used as a guide only. If payment is not made in CHF, the exchange rate used will be that of our bank on the day the funds are received. Any differences will be invoiced/reimbursed at the time of delivery. Payment forms part of a binding contract. Orders cancelled after payment is received will be subject to a cancellation fee of either the full deposit, if a deposit was paid, or in other cases of a cancellation fee of between 10% and 50% of the order value, depending on the make and type of the article(s.)
We always try to work with our customers to resolve any problems which may occur. In the rare event of a dispute, the nearest court to the domicile of the vendor is deemed the place for any and all legal proceedings to be undertaken.
Please note : unless otherwise mentioned, all our articles are brand new. However, we are also a retail outlet and, like most other retailers, allow a small number of our mouthpieces to be tested by customers on our premises. In these rare cases the mouthpieces are subsequently cleaned, disinfected and polished.
All our instruments are tested and hand chosen for musical and cosmetic quality. We do not allow instruments to be taken away "on approval" but trials can be arranged of any instrument we have in stock.
Manufacturers usually guarantee their instruments for one year. For details of warranties and for any questions you may have, please contact us before purchase.
We offer full after-sales, servicing and repair services, including plating and lacquering.
